Zumba

A fusion of Latin and international music that you can move to!  A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. 

Zumba Gold

Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. 

STRONG by Zumba

A high intensity interval training class using traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout.  You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition.

Pop Pilates

A total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer's body like nothing else can.   Get ready to take your dance fitness to the floor and work it on the mat!

Insanity LIVE

 

INSANITY is a revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. By using MAX Interval Training, INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. INSANITY’s interval training is the pinnacle of cardio training.

POUND

An alternative group fitness class inspired by drumming!   If you've dreamed of channeling your inner rock star into a fitness plan, it's time to POUND. Created by two female drummers, the POUND workout fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout. 

Hip Hop Cardio

 The hottest dance fitness class that will feel more like a night out than a workout. This class will combine easy to follow cardio dance moves for a total body burn. All the while we will be workin' it to the hottest pop, hip hop, 80's, 90's and dance music.  

Heat Boot Camp

Boot camp is type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.  This is a progressive course that will track your weight loss and measure your improvement as we help you reach your goals. 

Country Heat

A country dance-inspired workout that's unlike any other workout you've tried. Packed with your favorite country hits and simple steps, each class is a fun-filled, calorie-scorching good time.
